WHAT TO EXPECT
Here is the scope of services and the kinds of tasks one can expect to handle when choosing to provide services for this client program.

  • Assist client customers who use the online platform to sell their goods, requiring, but not limited to:

    • Understanding the benefits of the store

    • Understanding store subscription levels and fees

    • How to create a store Primary contact channel is inbound calls.

    • Occasional outbound calls may be required to follow-up on issues.

  • Typical servicing activities may include:

    • Servicing with High Value customers

    • Answering emails from High Value customers

    • Delivering an extremely high level of sophisticated customer handling and communication

    • Expressing a significant capacity to troubleshoot all products related to the platform and clearly offer solutions or recommendations

    • Owning customer issues to the point of resolution, keeping customers updated throughout

    • Ensuring all information related to customer issues are logged and tracked

    • Providing a quick and thorough understanding of customer priorities & identify key improvement areas.

    • Understanding the customer's needs & acting with the customer in mind

    • Advocating and ensuring satisfaction of this high value customer group

    • Up-selling, cross-selling and account retention service

    • Deliver timely judgments to resolve client problem and retain satisfied customers​

  • Ability to log in and out of systems as requested to provide services in a timely manner

SUGGESTED RECOMMENDATIONS

Here is a scope of skills and experience recommended to ensure the project is completed accurately; preferred but not required.

  • Excellent Sales and Customer Service skills

  • Prior travel agent or direct sales experience is highly recommended but not preferred.

  • Prior cruise experience

  • Excellent verbal communication skills and excellent phone etiquette (Clear crisp speech).

  • Clear understanding of the English language as well as an ability to clearly communicate in the English language.

  • Excellent judgment and decision making skills.

  • Good typing, PC skills and math skills.

  • High attention to detail.

  • Excellent listening skills.

  • Proven ability to communicate in a creative, persuasive style.

  • Enthusiasm and a strong goal-oriented work ethic.

  • Ability to ask probing questions and overcome objections.

  • Listening / paraphrasing skills.

  • Courteous/Professional/Friendly.

  • Ability to begin working the position immediately after certification for a period of 90 days thereafter and meet the minimum hours requirement.

  • Ability to successfully pass a drug screen. Failing the drug screen, will cause immediate dismissal from the position.

EDUCATION PREFERRED

This Client requests that individuals are to be certified in order to partner and provide professional services for the program - High School Diploma not required.

SCHOOLING 

Average certification tuition and fees for individuals who choose to enroll:

  • $49.00 to $89.00 - Varies depending on the opportunity department chosen

  • This includes your online books, programs, systems, background check, drug screen, technical assistance, instructor support, and more.

  • Option 1: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM EST

  • Option 2: 1:30 PM - 5:30 PM EST

  • Option 3: 7:00 PM - 11:00 PM EST

Graduation is scheduled for the last day of class.

SUGGESTED 30 INTERVAL (15 HOUR) STATEMENT OF WORK

Intervals Available:

  • 8AM - 1AM

  • 365 days per year

  • 7 days per week

  • Peak Days are Saturday, Sunday, & Holidays - Subject to change based on clients needs.​​
