WHAT TO EXPECT
Here is the scope of services and the kinds of tasks one can expect to handle when choosing to provide services for this client program.

Home Service Department

  • Attempt to troubleshoot customers' appliance issues on every call leveraging an online application containing scripted troubleshooting paths and exciting Live Support tool (a live view of the issue via a link to the customers' smartphone camera), ultimately avoiding the need to schedule a costly technician appointment.

  • Leverage proven selling techniques to offer all eligible customers home warranty and home improvement services, educating customers on the benefits of these products and services that meet customer current and future needs.

  • Use active listening and probing skills to effectively diagnose and quickly resolve customers' appliance issues over the phone and offer the products and services that meet their needs, while providing best in class service and maintaining customer loyalty to the Client's Home Services.

  • Ability to log in and out of systems as requested to provide services in a timely manner

 Home Service Department

  • Receive inbound calls from existing contract holders (customers) on an item that is covered under their contract agreement to initiate a claim or follow up on an existing claim.

  • Respond to general inquiries.

  • Describe the services, plans, and requirements.

  • Process change of address requests.

  • Accept and process requests for information materials.

  • Research and resolving customer complaints. Performing callbacks as a customer resolution

  • Responding to billing clarification as well as claim status questions and inquires

  • Transfer calls to Client Customer Service when required

  • Facilitate three-way conferencing and scheduling between customers and service providers

  • Ability to log in and out of systems as requested to provide services in a timely manner

SUGGESTED RECOMMENDATIONS

Here is a scope of skills and experience recommended to ensure the project is completed accurately; preferred but not required.

  • Excellent Sales and Customer Service skills

  • Prior travel agent or direct sales experience is highly recommended but not preferred.

  • Prior cruise experience

  • Excellent verbal communication skills and excellent phone etiquette (Clear crisp speech).

  • Clear understanding of the English language as well as an ability to clearly communicate in the English language.

  • Excellent judgment and decision making skills.

  • Good typing, PC skills and math skills.

  • High attention to detail.

  • Excellent listening skills.

  • Proven ability to communicate in a creative, persuasive style.

  • Enthusiasm and a strong goal-oriented work ethic.

  • Ability to ask probing questions and overcome objections.

  • Listening / paraphrasing skills.

  • Courteous/Professional/Friendly.

  • Ability to begin working the position immediately after certification for a period of 90 days thereafter and meet the minimum hours requirement.

  • Ability to successfully pass a drug screen. Failing the drug screen, will cause immediate dismissal from the position.

EDUCATION PREFERRED

This Client requests that individuals are to be certified in order to partner and provide professional services for the program - High School Diploma not required.

SCHOOLING 

Average certification tuition and fees for individuals who choose to enroll:

  • $49.00 to $89.00 - Varies depending on the opportunity department chosen

  • This includes your online books, programs, systems, background check, drug screen, technical assistance, instructor support, and more.

  • Option 5: 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM EST

  • Option 6: 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM EST

Graduation is scheduled for the last day of class.

SUGGESTED 30 INTERVAL (15 HOUR) STATEMENT OF WORK

Intervals Available:

  • 24 hours per day

  • 365 days per year

  • 7 days per week

  • Peak Days for C Department are Monday from 4PM to 7PM EST - Subject to change based on clients needs.​​

  • Peak Days for S Department are TH - M from 10AM to 9:30PM EST - Subject to change based on clients needs.​​

  • Dual Monitors are highly recommended
